if youve got something weighing heavily on you it tends to show up in your dreams in one way or another, so this heavy self loathing youve been feeling is of course gonna show up in your dreams.
you dont suck, but because you think you do your dreams are gonna be like "you suck"
our brains can be so good at making us believe lies we tell ourselves. no matter how much you believe it it's still a lie though.
