"Wake up! Wake up!!" a young lady's voice begs, but the only answer is the cold wind howling back at her.

The entire village has been iced over, the circular stone buildings shine with a chilling gleam in the faint sunlight, their doors frozen shut, stopping anyone from entering or leaving. Most of the citizens are outside, permanently frozen in place as they stare into the sky with terrified expressions, most appear to be screaming, and here and there is a mother or father trying to protect their crying children from some threat that has already gone on... The only sounds in this deathly quiet village are the wind and the one girl's broken sobs.

The young lady appears to be in her early twenties, and is practically sitting on the corpse of a young man who looks to be around the same age. She's dressed in a nice dress with differing shades of white and blue, with a scarf around her neck, but despite the cold scenery around her, she looks dressed for a warmer climate. The girl's inhumanly large ears are pinned back in fear, her long, white, lion-like tail is curled around one of her legs, and her icy blue eyes are overflowing with tears. "M-Master, please! Please wake up...!" she cries, leaning forward to place her hands on her Master's cheeks as she tries to somehow thaw his frozen body using her own heat, and she even tries breathing on his face to no avail. She's crying so hard, it's bordering screaming. "Wake up, Master, wake up, I-I don't know what to do without you! Please don't leave me...!! Wake up...!!"

But then, more noises disrupt the silence. The sound of hooves and boots crunching in the snow and ice, the sound of weapons being drawn. The sound of a man's voice, raspy and cold, growling at her. "... Look at what she's done... Nearly the whole village has been wiped out because of her. She had us all fooled, we should have never accepted her into our homes! Her and her kind are nothing but bringers of death and tragedy...

"A beast like /her/ doesn't deserve to live..."
