Mario Kart Universe. by 3Daniel
In my MKU each character has a custom kart and an attack exclusive to that character such as Samus' charge shot and Link's Epona bike.The roster is opened up to third parties such as Sonic here. Track design is more creative such as this Green Hill Zone track which includes loops and areas where the rider is upside down. Also Pauline is playable and her custom kart sees her dashing on top of a barrel with her special attack having oil spill out from her kart when she reaches top speed.

Red flying shells make their premiere and they target 2nd place riders. Boost pads return and coins now fill a character's special attack meter instead of increasing top speed. 12 racers enter only 1 may win.

Smash bros kart with 3rd parties, Waluigi, Pauline, cooler stages, and special attacks? Yes please! Looks a lot more exciting than regular Mario Kart. Mario Kart 7 sucked.

i want zany antics items galore and pseudo physics in my mario kart. fzero should be the standard racer and mk should be a huge spastic party.

@IluvPokemon I can and I did. lol Besides Pacman has already been in Mario Kart. In the arcades at least. Also, if the HoneyBee Queen can be in it then so can Link.

Id like to think mario already won. Pauline is being used to showcase how crazy of a "kart" can be used and perhaps sonic is lapping everyone. Also for the sonic haters out there draw your own pic and exclude the blue hedgehog if you so desire.

After years of being held captive on the same 1980's game, Pauline finally decided to take her destiny into her own hands. XD Hearing news of an all around tournament Pauline enters without hesitation. With a barrel at her disposal shes off into first place!

I think all the users complaining that this will never happen can breathe a sigh of relief in knowing that this piece is in no way an official announcement on nintendo's part but merely a contest entry for a concept on mario kart u. I didn't win the contest either so no need for dashed hopes and dreams. Ha!
