hope everyone had a fun/chill christmas!!
i got myself decent (not artist grade but my previous stuff was very cheap) watercolors!! n i can't wait to try them out bc my previous ones were pretty chalky
i also got this small calligraphy pen n 2 watercolor sketchbooks n a rigger brush since i like to do thin lines and i don't have the brush for it

as for me i really dont want any gifts for christmas (or my birthday or anything) but my mom got me one thing (that hasnt arrived yet so i have no idea what it is) anyway. i really wish she'd save the money but you know how parents are, some can be too sweet for their own good lol

Happy holidays! Congrats on your artistic equipment. And your drawing looks amazing. Such a grand tree! It radiates a glow, I can see the texture of the branches and the gleam of ornaments. All the other trees are inferior! >:D
Seriously, I love how you made the tree large and looking and how it fades close to the horizon. I need to try that sometime.

Re: Bob Ross makes a lot of sense. His videos are very inspirational with his techniques. I should try to find the time to watch one of his videos while drawing. It's not make-up but to each their own XD

Re: I was inspired by some movies, though I didn't full act upon the concept until I saw a certain video on ted ed about a book and all the psychological themes around it. I wanted to theme both ev an noth around the concept of infinity, insanity, and nonsense. What better way to do that then to give them a mind world? x'D
Inception and gravity falls are probably the films that use a sorta mind world. I have drawn inspiration from both of those.
Maybe the matrix as well.
there's also a movie called the mindscape? though I have never seen it.
or maybe it's a book? hm. idk lololol
but yes I was inspired by other things,

Re: It also just doesn't really make sense, since there would barely be any opportunities for both of them to go close to each other.. Not to mention their stark personality differences and the fact that they can't even relate/understand to each other.
Trav's character also isn't probably going to develop into anything super decent or nice,,, I kind of just want people to hate him so hmmmm.
Basically it sounds like a fanship or a fanfic, and I would personally never support it x'D
