Question for Torracat's Everywhere by iExist69
In all seriousness, isn't that bell thing on its neck hot? How is it not burning it? Is that specific part of its body immune to heat? Don't get me wrong, I love #Torracat's design. I'm just a bit curious. I guess #Pokemon are just weird like that sometimes. If you can't read my handwritting, it says "How is that thing on your neck not BURNIN' you?" oof... this was also supposed to be a doodle, but I ended up painting it n' stuff. what is wrong with me?

Maybe it's warmed by it's body heat, and torracat (I think??) is like hella hot.
