But what helps me with anatomy is sometimes looking at myself. I'll make faces, poses (sometimes silly ones) and use my hands & feet as a ref. Flexing my fingers, curling my toes, scrunching up my nose.
It gives you a good idea of where to place your lines when a character strikes a pose or makes a face. Pay attention to how your skin moves (folds, stretches, wrinkles, etc...)

I could do some hand sketches for you if you want (I need to practice them too anyways)
But I'll have to do it when I get home, at work right now, don't think my boss would approve of me drawing at work xD

And my Mom will absolutely laugh at me when she catches me making faces.... x'D
