equine hugs are hard to draw if your style aims for realism/has (mostly) realistic anatomy. lol

also some random junk/tips?/whatever on wings:
-wings are sorta like modified human arms.
-there are about 5 noticeable layers of feathers on both the inner side of the wing and outer side.
-the primary flight feathers (the last row toward the end of the wing) are the longest ones, secondary flight feathers (the bottom row toward where the wing attaches to the body) arent as long as primaries but they are longer than the coverts(mayhave misspelt)
*the coverts are the feathers that are over the primary & secondary flight feathers
aand i cant remember what the other ones are called right now. ggggh lol
