Here we go, Keeto's... anime mom I guess. Design MIGHT be a work in progress...
Also sorry, I don't really know how to draw anime that isn't JoJo, I probably didn't make her "moe" enough :(
(It's kinda hard to draw a middle-aged woman and make her look anime, because I don't see a lot of those... depicted accurately in anime. Idk, I don't watch a lot of those, I might be wrong lol)
Keeto's dad is a cartoon cat, and his mom is a human... *looks at her pupils* Or IS she?!?!

@Nanyalan: Oh good, I hate moe too. I really couldn't draw her in that style so I ended up turning it into my style sorta kinda. :P
And that's just Keeto being Keeto, he hates everyone... :')
