If you wondered why Mal don't have earrings, one it would take away his classy edgy appearance and two, Shoji would have his head.

Judas doesn't have earrings because of how he was raise to be a weapons, jewelry would actually be a liability in combat as Killy learn, and Judas know he around fire and electricity a lot and don't need your head to be a lightning rod (he has enough issues up there )
