prize for the summer contest a Keldeo I mean kirin!
You ask for a Female, youthful but elegant, blue scales/plating that fade into turquoise and green, light tan legs and underbelly, golden horn and hooves, and crimson fur, and thought it was very, very hard for me to do, I did what you asked and keep her design simple ( it was very hard )
Feel free to change anything.
But if she to simple and not of your liking I can make a different one, this has gotten me in a kirin mood and might make some on the side.
