The 'draugr Fairifin thing' is the Forgotten, it's what happens to the Dreamer Fairfin when they become a Nightmare

1. with there alternate form I let the person who get them decide what it is, just like Dreamer not all Nightmares have a human form, so it's up to you what you like to have as his alternate (within reason if you have any questions on what they can and can have just ask )
2. Chains are Nightmares primary weapon of choice, they usually come out of their back and then can whip them around like whips and use them to grab and pick up stuff. (They will have chains in all their alternate forms as well )

3. That depends on the Forgotten, a Forgotten has all the memories of before they changed so they're still intelligent but most Forgotten grieve and are shrouded with guilt for their Dreamer partner that they could not save ( the Nightmare former self ) some Nightmares will use there Forgotten as bait to lure unsuspecting victims, thinking that someone is crying. Some Forgotten are almost mindless with grieve and will do whatever there Nightmare master tell them.
Unlike a Dreamer a Nightmare does not see their Fairfin/Forgotten as a partner and friend but rather a tool
4. The title was just for fun, because he a Frost Nightmare and the color red , you can name him whatever you like :)

1. it's possible for a Dreamer have form from all sort of creatures not just human, other humanoid species such as elves, humanbeats etc... But some also have forms like Dragons, wolf's, cat, Griffin and so on, a Dreamer can pretty much have any organic form and if they become a Nightmare, the Nightmare would also have those same form.

For example : #LSDreamweaver has a human and a great wolf form so when he became a Nightmare #LSDreameater also has those forms, but just like Eater has a nightmarish appearance so does his alternate forms compared to Weaver who was a Dreamer

3. Yes some can, at this level this is done with the Forgotten, Dreamer could teleport using there Fairfins to pinpoint locations and the Dreamer would make a teleport jump to that location using light. A Forgotten will do the same for a Nightmare but use Darkness instead to travel through Shadows

But yes a Nightmares chains can be broken, however they will Reform over time and be like new.

The predator senses much like X-ray vision and thermal vision. when using their predator since they'll see buildings and and things like that without lines but any creature or thing that is living will have a life aura, each person has a different aura that will be a different color and give off a different presents feel to them, I guess the best way to explain it is that Nightmare when using this see individual with almost a ghost appearance
