I wanted to try this look for a while, I'm not sure if anyone notices EVERYTHING, but the flower's obvious! I kept seeing pictures of people with flowered eyes, and wanted to try drawing that... Sadly, I wasn't able to do EXACTLY as I planned due to not feeling well while drawing the idea.
