Vega, the punkish and rebellious Queen of Rocking Minds! With her head banging rock music she'll be able to control the minds of her beloved fans into doing her bidding, but if that plan fails than she really doesn't have a problem using her guitar to smash some heroes or anybody for that matters head in.
I felt like I didn't have a lot of evil charachters so I made her.
