Also-- what are the areas/things you're particularly dissatisfied with in your art? Pinpoint those and do some snooping for advice & whatnot on the net. (If you can go there, deviantART's got a lot of good helpful stuff)
Like, say, if you're unhappy with your coloring, go do some researching on color theory. Or if it's your anatomy skills you're not happy with, research anatomy and check out techniques that others use when drawing. Trying different techniques and such broadens your art skills/makes you more flexible in what and how you can draw.
But, don't try doing a whole ton of stuff at once, you'll frustrate yourself if you do. Implement things in steps/bits. ^^

Try to draw more complex backgrounds.
And draw characters in full body, specially on paper.
