A sci-fantasy world(and region) where magic and technology have primarily taken over manual labor of all sorts. And has bolstered their military ten fold. The various animunculi include steel golems that have different purposes ranging from combat to mining. And brick golems are mostly cheap and have the ability to remember faster and react faster. Olterin has a variety of wildlife from the various native creatures that make this utopian society. Ranging from elf like creatures(Tunumerin,Olterin and Bifeldmarin) to actual elves.(Barrow Elves,Ghelentin Elvish and Nulgramorian) The academia that teaches such arts, is the Science Society of Olterin. They study a variety of magic arts and sciences with the aid of magical objects and materials. The academia provides opportunities to all and are always accepting applicants. The Science Society has even done body transfers to golem bodies. Making the afflicted survive indefinetly. And can even continue their work if they so please.

Olterin is mostly governed by The Science Society and its governing schools of law. This decision was entirely voted on. And the people voted to have this change. And in the end,it made life better and this allows science society to always keep working at keep everyone safe,and aware.
