Fair warning consistency with my characters is a little hard for me rip. Also! If any of you have questions about my characters/lore lmk. You can pretty much ask about anything I guess, though I probably won't be answering too many silly/obvious ones.

Alright let's see what I have for this character. *cracks wrists*
The name Euterpe (\yü-ˈtər-pē) comes from Greek, namely the muse of music, song and lyrical poetry. The name itself means, "rejoicing well" or "delight".
Originally Euterpe was going to be a support character for Riptide, but she didn't fit and I wasn't happy with how her development was going. Since then I have decided to sever her from most of those past characters.

So what is she then? Quick answer would be that she's an unfortunate soul who was placed under a spell. Yes still going with that.

Euterpe was at one point a young girl who was especially talented in singing and poetry (as the name suggests). Overall she was pretty confident, optimistic, passionate, even a bit naive. Well anyway for whatever the reason, she had undergone a transformation and was enslaved for many years, eventually escaping. Eversince, she's kept herself reclusive, hiding herself away singing songs that make sense no more. Infact she's been alone for so long that it has warped her into being clumsy and socially awkward. She can't quite remember her past, but perhaps she doesn't want to. If you're lucky, you can catch her singing by river beds, and you better hope that she doesn't see you, otherwise the sweet noise will cease, as well as the one singing.

A few other things to note would be that because she's been turned into a dragon, aging has become a lot slower for her, so actually she's pretty old. And you'd think with how long she's been able to live she should be used to this form right? Nope, she can't even fly, and has never tried due to an undying fear of heights.
Quite a shame really, her wings are soft and are much like an owl's, which would enable her for a swift and silent flight.

This form also grants her the ability to hide extremely well, and her sense of smell and hearing are heightened. She's able to mask her scent and camouflage within her environment, as well as being able to squeeze into tight spaces.
What prompts this is generally instinctual, and is done mostly out of fear.
