The Gods, also known as humans, were a race of colossi, architects building the next species, so that their knowledge could persist through the Flare. This Flare was when the sun exploded, consuming all life and light and turning the earth into a colorless desert. 7 and a half billion screams pierced the air, followed by eternal silence. Saved only by one God scientist who perfected interdimensional travel, our current race lives in an alternate earth.

the only gods that still exist are those who have sacrificed their soul and body to become incorporeal, tools to shape a new world with no error. you see them as basic shapes with faces, and occasionally people, their creations serving as a vessel for what little is left of their spirit, mostly resulting in bitter, one-sided personalities, almost as if they weren't even people.

This comes from years of worldbuilding, long before I started drawing TQ on colors. I hope I can eventually implement this somehow.

yea you gotta incorporate this into TQ somehow (seems like it wouldnt be too hard to do but i dont know all the lore to TQ so i could be wrong :p)
