This is an idea I've had for Cecelia since i created her.
The idea that she was a mew who was at first found by a Zorark, who was later adopted by a leafeonand quickly took the form of an eevee, and later a vaporeon to fit in with her siblings. Cecelia actually really dislikes her shapeshifting abilities, and rather be an average old Vaporeon, if not a vaporeon then a zorark, so long she isn't a mew.
