likes to keep his thoughts to himself and only talks about them to someone he knows well. He can also crack a joke sometimes.

Backstory: Dev grew up on Namek though his father was a selfish milatary captin and he didn't treat Dev so well. Dev never knew why his father disliked him. Dev's father never spent time with him and Dev never really see's him to much. Dev never liked his fathers actoins.

Dev has always had strange powers so he found a secret way into the library of the Royal Namekian Archives to find informatoin he didn't find what he was looking for but way in the back of a old book case he found a old book that might have ansers. But he heard someone coming and Dev only manged to rip out one page. He made it out but he was shocked to find the page contaned a locatoin of one of Earths Dragon Balls! Dev knew if his father found out he'd would go to Earth and do bad things.... So Dev hid his knowledge of the Dragon Ball. But shortly after his father was going to kill a Namekian family for comitting a crime they never did. Dev was ferrous and unleshed a power that blew his father away. Dev didn't mean to do it but his father asumed Dev was trying to kill him. Gurds where sent to kill Dev. So with Devs life on the line he fled with only the page and the strap he wears. Dev left his loctoin stone behind so they couldn't track him down. Dev stole a ship and went into space

so quickly that his father couldn't even track him down. Dev arived at Earth and thought that would be a good place to stay. After Dev landed in a rocky area he destroyed the ship so one else could use it. He didn't want to live in a city so he found a cozy cave near by a city. Dev hid the page in his cave home and trys to forget about everything about what happened to him. Years go by and when Dev was 18 he finds Yoni and takes care of her as if she was his sister and had been with her for a year Dev doesn't know where Yoni came from or who she is but he's determented to find her home. Dev later finds out about the tournement of power and decides to join.

Other facts about Dev:
Dev had always had very stong powers more so than other Nammekians and was a bit scared of them but he later learns to control them on Earth.

Dev does have the ability to fly but he never got the hang of it so he never hardly flys.

Dev is mostly active because he keeps his wight in check thats why he

doesn't like junk food.

Dev can get very nervous when talking to girls this is do to him not being around girls alot but he evenchky gets better with them the more he knows them. But he never had any problems with Yoni.

Dev's full name is Devon Ataric but he refuses to use it anymore. The only one who knows his full name so far is Yoni.

The strap Dev wears was once with the mother he never knew. That's why it's special to him theres also a pouch on the back usally where he keeps some money and other things.

Also he left Namek at the age of 15. lol
