The main difference between this and his tormented form is, this is more like armor as his tormented is not...Mal face in his tormented form is his real face
I'll be posting a old picture of Malice' were you see this is more like a mask but even so Mal can still make his face look pretty nasty. (Like the top right picture )
The one we're Mal is fully nightmares where he has his mouth open, if you look closely it looks like he has two rows of teeth that because he does, he his teeth and then his armor teeth.
Thankfully do to the Nightmare fast recovery, Mal face can heal pretty fast after well looking like this
