Thats not a tiara just a lil headpiece, the tail piece is the same design.
Something about the sketch bothered me.. I also ended up simplifying her from my original idea because I couldn't draw the clothes I wanted her to have which would've added a lot more blue to it..
Feel free to change anything..

I uhh.. also ended up designing 2 ponies while talking wiith a friend all night.. Im not keeping them but if anyone is interested they can be adopted.. but theyre kind of a pair soo.. gotta take both if you are lol
