The sun was sliding down the sky as Delta grew more and more hungry. She decided it would not hurt if she left her shelter for a little bit to catch some prey. As she stepped outside, a prickle of unease rippled throughout her. 'Don't let the fear get to you, Delta,' she soothed. 'If you radiate fear, the prey will sense it too.' Taking one last breath, she padded into the brush.

Meanwhile, in LeafClan, everyone was just getting ready to go to their nests. Swiftstar announces to her deputy, "I´m going for a walk. Watch the clan please." She then pads out of the entrance to the camp and to tge river to get a drink. Swiftstar´s ears twitch. She whispers to herself, "I hear something."

Delta stops i her tracks, paranoid. "Wha-What was that?" She shivered as her nerves began to go wild. Her heart beat faster and she felt as hot as she would in the sun. There was someone, something, on the other side of the bush, and she had the feeling he had come back to get her.

Swiftstar smelled fear mixed with the scent of a cat radiating on the other side of the river. She bursts out of the bush, hackles raised, to see a she-cat shaking madly. "Who might you be, and what are you doing on LeafClan territory?", she asked menacingly.

"If you think that I mean any harm, then you are wrong. I have been hungry for days, and being on the run has worn down my paws. He wants his revenge..." Delta was in a state of malaise, and she began to see the large she-cat spinning around her vision. Then it all went black.
