I couldn't help but draw harper as 10 again :'P
Her hair was longer and she covered her other eye with it, bc it drove her crazy having two different colored eyes. silly

I think it depends on the person, I personally have really long hair and I love it but it's really hard to handle haha. I like short hair on some of my friends though, so I guess it depends.
