you might not be so good with arms but it's not like that's a set in stone thing, you can get better at drawing them! :^)
look at some ref photos or observe your own arms irl and imitate what you see! break stuff down into rough shapes; arms would be two sorta cylinder-y things and a ball (shoulder)

imagining something as a 3d object when you draw it can help, too, it's hard at first but like with everything in art, it gets easier with (lots and lots of) practice.

looking up wing tutorials (and general anatomy/perspective/the whole nine yards) is a good thing to do, infact it's obscenely helpful. i know some folks might be iffy on doing it (maybe out of pride, maybe they think itll make them seem like theyre helpless or somethin', i dunno) but it's one of the best things you can do; i did it a fu.ck ton in 2OI3 (SURF ALL THOSE TUTORIALS AND SH.IT ON dA!) and it really helped me step up my sh.it.
of course, i had to refresh that knowledge many times over the years as my understanding of stuff got better, but yeah.
