I'll ask here one more time: (This has nothing to do with the Halloween thing I'm doing)
I dreamed of him weeks ago, and pieced together this from what I could remember. But I need help deciding his: name, background and if he should be a Story or game character.
I got a name in a previous post, but I wanted a human name (showing him as a individual and not a minion). I won't ask again if nobody honestly have any ideas or beliefs.

Whoahh, dream characters are always fun! To me it looks like Weird Al on C0caine, but I figure the gender could be male. Thats all I can figure, but it looks cool!
