Ref Update: Dusk (Human form) by GalaxyTheWolf
I have been meaning to do this for a while, and so now I am. When I Roleplay with either of the sisters, I pretty much always give a human form. It makes them more fun to use depending on the situation. Dawn is getting one as well.
Anyhow, I don't know why, but when I was thinking of something to add to the design, my first thought was a tattoo. So I gave her one. The tail raps around her arm and goes all the way down to her wrist.
And, in her dragon form, her legs are darker in color and gets lighter as you go up towards the body, so her hands do the same. I was trying to be creative...? XD

Dusk takes after the father as a wingless scaled dragon. She's rather small compared to most other dragons, at only around the size of a large bear, but her personality makes up for it and then some.
Rebellious is basically her middle name. Dusk loves adventure and exploring, but that often gets her in trouble. Being the smallest dragon of her zone and group members means her input and ideas aren't usually heard, so she results to doing her own thing on her own time. While she does have a wild, carefree personality, Dusk's hard working and strives to prove her strength.
This hardheaded drive does come with its setbacks as sometimes she's easy to anger and will overwork herself just so she feels seen and heard. Dusk has the same abilities as her father and sister.. And she loves them. The abilities have many ways to be used and she often explores them and their limits. It's a breath mist-like gas that ranges from simply numbing to being deadly. Though Dusk has never killed anyone with this, she has used it to cause some interesting effects.

To keep this as quick as possible, and to make things make since, Dusk and Dawn live in a world mostly populated by dragons. It would be rather rare to see a creature that isn't one, but there are a few here and there. In said world, the land is divided into 'zones', and in each zone there is one group of dragons that watch over it and it's creatures. Dragons can drop out or eventually retire from their place within their group, and when they do, the search is on for a member to fill the spot. The process of picking depends on the zone and the needs of it.
The sisters had no say in the matter of becoming part of their zone group. When their parents where hunted, they where automatically put in their place. If two group members have a child, the child takes the place of one of the parents if one dies or retires. While this seems like a cheat card, very rarely do any of the members have children together. In some zones it's forbidden. But for the zones that do allow it, they believe that the children will have picked up on how the groups work as they grow up with parents in them, so this makes them fitting to fill the role later on.

She looks really cool! I have to say though, her clothes remind me a lot of Crystal's X'D
