Second, this is Tiga's ex-girlfriend, Kamila. She was killed by Tiga at some point, but she was later resurrected. Even though he killed her, she doesn't hold any grudge against him. She acts as a sort of motherly figure to Tsubasa, despite not being related to him in any way. Oh, and she's evil.
