Banshee by Cleric
Banshees aren't disturbing themselves, it's the REASON one would appear. If you see a Banshee: you're GOING TO DIE! I remember 3 varients being a naked one, a clothed one (which appears in front of heroes, royalty ect). And the male-version (which means you'll die a horrible death)! Realistically, I never seen a dude scream in fear IRL, if I DO see guy screaming at something, I'd assume it might be something that IS scary and really WOULD kill him...
