Cici, also known as Cotton Candy, is one of Emery's friends.
Unlike her, CiCi's more bold in her acts, but she can be a bit of trickster with her abilities.
An example is she gifted a man a balloon, but used her powers to trap him inside, sending him up into the sky. D:
Emery got him down, though. :'D But ever since, she's been strict with CiCi to be a good person. Clowns get a bad enough rep.

Even though she is one, CiCi kinda hates when people joke about her being extremely clumsy cuz of what she is. Her vengeance is scary.. D:
Also... It's rumored that she can turn her hair is actual cotton-candy that you can eat. But no one's been brave enough to ask about it. :'P

Thank goodness Emery can keep Cici in check. I don't want to end up like that guy.
