Before becoming a forsaken Lord Zitan was know as a green dragon with emerald green flames.
Crystal-gem Dragons color of their element is the same color as their gemstones and they usually earn a title revolves around there gemstones or abilities.

Zitan title was originally, Zitan of the emerald Flame.

Crimson's title is Crimson Sapphire. Or blood Sapphire.

How Zitan was free form being a forsaken Lord change the color of his fire to a /White Flame/ and so his title change to Zitan of the Silver moon.

He took this name for a few reasons, but it was mostly do to how he was saved and in honor of the Dreamers.

Soledormir wasn't happy that one of his Forsaken Lords we're taking for him, if Wrath was killed, Sol would have been upset but would have gotten over it pretty fast and just made a new Forsaken Lord but Wrath as free and taking from Sol, and that enraged him. Sol then when after the Golden star family.

Zitan has a mix reputation, some believe Zitan was really free and was an honorable king who stood besides the other Kings to stop Soledormir as others believe Sol still had influence over Zitan and use him as a spy and assassin.

Crimson's has been trying to find the truth about his ancestor, was he really a forsaken Lord, a Trader, he believes he not, but there like to go by and he hasn't discovered more yet.

Malice believe Zitan is responsible for Serenity's death, and will get his Revenge on any who is related to Zitan for his sister death. And because of both Soledormir and Zitan Malice has a great hatred for dragons.

Soledormir wanted Dream Maker to suffer and regret freeing Zitan. He wanted him to lose everything and know it.

Soledormir was very meticulous when it came to what he wanted Shoji to do with the first light Eater, as Malice's is know as the black Nightmare but the color /green /was intentional...

Soledormir was using symbolism and making a statement, he wanted Dreamer to know when Malice face him, that he took Zitan who was know as a green flames dragon, so he took his son and gave him green flames, so Maker would know the price of a life for a life....

In Skey the first temple, we're Hiiro claimed Zitan key, the key was guarded by stone golems, these Golems we're actually made by Zitan himself long ago, as a Crystal-gem Dragon of his power he could use his Earth Magic to make such creatures.

The purpose of the Golems where to defend the key from dark creatures and to test those who seek out the key. The Golems where a test for bravery, as it would take courage to defeat them.

The temple are the resting place of the key and kings knew that the choosing candidates would face many trials and that Soledormir own fortresses have many traps so the kings made there temples to test and prepare the candidates for what they might face. Some of these temples are guarded by creatures like the Golems, some of them are protected by /potential allies /that know of the Kings, but unfortunately some of the temples Soledormir's dark creatures found and tainted them with his Darkness.

Zitan choose Hiiro are his holder, Hiiro my be a meathead but he has his moments and because Zitan know just how much Malice hate him he needed someone who could be head to head with the Nightmare king and not get killed ( even though Hiiro did die one time x'D)
