as for your questions:
explaining judge's existence is uh. very hard, because i need to explain just how fourth wall breaking our rps got at a point.
so uh, our original rps, nothing much happened other than the rps becoming oddly chaotic, except that we started leaning on the fourth wall more and doing noncanon rps that canon characters remembered vague details of. one of my friends decided to do something that was a big change though. he made a character named GoldenCelebi, who is known as a player. essentially a player is a self-insert who sort of puppeteers a character to the extreme. if a certain player didn't exist, their characters wouldn't exist. all the players remained "behind the scenes" and hidden out of existence for a long time. when goldencelebi showed his face though, and made friends with some of the characters, a few others followed.

i think that's it for players but if i forgot one i'll mention them after
anyway uh
some of these players made friends, others didn't care, but their very existence started letting characters know just what their lives were, and uh
eventually, golden snapped in some form (nottheactualjacobtholol) and he essentially betrayed some of the characters he'd befriended, which uh [cont.]

resulted in much hatred and a temporary possession of one actually
the characters all developed a bitter hatred towards all the players, only thinking about the horrible things some of them in particular had done, and eventually, something happened. something known as the player war.
even of the players were somewhat godly beings due to their abilities, the characters made a huge and succesful effort to kill off the players' physical bodies. some of the players hid and weren't found, but others (like my player) were killed.
the reason players couldn't just take control of their characters was because it's more indirect puppeteering. characters are given a personality, a goal, and are able to hate and love whoever they like. players can't warp characters so drastically and control them on the spot, it's out of their powers. anyway uh. the timeline started spiralling into a chaos of events, and the fourth wall was non existent. [cont.]

some characters freely looked up at the literal roblox chat and read what others were doing, conversed to eachother like that, and even read ooc text from player conversations/conversations between me and friends. yep. it got that bad.
the players realized all of their mistakes, and thus, a timeline reset bomb was created. powerful enough to wipe the timeline and everything in it from existence. a new timeline would be created afterwards, essentially being a clean slate for everyone. the players promised eachother to never take physical form or make themselves known to characters again in the post reset timeline.
judge, however, is the first one who broke that promise.
he wanted to be the only one in the post-reset timeline so he could be seen as powerful, since he was one of the weaker players who hid away in the player war. so, he befriended his characters and constructed a machine that'd transfer him to the new timeline as it was being made. [cont.]

however, what happened to him instead was a confusing dimensional hopping mess, and he lost his physical body somewhere, ending up as a spirit of some sorts when he did arrive. other players and certain characters could see/hear him, but he's essentially invisible. however, "invisible" just means not seen (andnotheardhere), so he can still interact with stuff. this results in floating objects when it's just him holding things.
anyway, though, a few select characters survived the timeline reset one way or another, and another player, wild card, had also re-entered the timeline. and goldencelebi had the same goal as judge, to be the only all powerful player, but golden is far more dangerous, actually a villain in current rp plots.
anyway uh. judge came to realize just how horribly he'd abused his powers and regretted breaking the promise, but he couldn't do much about it. so he eventually just went to valencia island to watch events unfold.

so, judge eventually met a few people who /could/ see him, but he wasnt able to do much with that.
a lot of the other players came back as well, but judge was definitely the weakest out of them.
then, there's the fallen. fallen is, as you already know, a socipathic eldritch abomination who kills stuff. but, uh, it was human at a point as you also know, and since it wasn't allowed to kill anyone on the island (it was stuck there due to being too weak to leave the timeline), it did just hang about and do nothing. and yes, it often did just lay around on the cafe roof for ages. it had nothing better to do > wheeze
anyway, since it ended up inadvertently making friends with a few people, it sorta just remembered it's human life and started hating itself because of how it'd done such horrible things after it turned into, well, the fallen
and then, it meets judge.

the two didnt mind eachother much, and i already explained the process of how they became a thing, but uh
how judge romanced the fallen was sort of just like
judge cares about the fallen a bit more than fallen does about him, but fallen's willing to stay with him and most likely will return the feelings more in the future
the two solidified whatever sort of ship exists now when they both ended up talking about their lives and ended up seeing a bunch of similarities to eachother
.. tbh it's a bit hard to explain since it was a sort of quick-ish thing happening and a little bit rushed since
ilya, the guy who rps as judge, uses a phone to play roblox, and his phone was almost dead when the ship started forming so it was like "o **** gotta hurry this up"
but judge ended up confessing he loves fallen, fallen accepted it like i said-

as such he can lean/touch walls, so
there ya go

fallen was in danger of dying because uh
while it can regenerate, it's very slow regeneration, and in it's deteriorating state it wouldn't have been able to focus enough to heal nor have been able to heal itself fast enough
basically it's more for recovering long term injuries

as for killing off characters like jester card, uh
it sorta depends on the charater in question and what the person rping them allows
jester card died to drive forward a story arc that yoshiya (person rping him) is setting up, and he was perfectly fine with it
i've killed off characters before and so have my friends, it just highly depends
it's rather uncommon for us to do so though, so
