That's what happened to mine. It's flimsier but I can manage as long as I'm careful and support the top screen

wait skye! you can still draw with the ds like this... kinda. it's annoying to but it's doable! you see, this happened to my old blue XL in 2OI5, infact the same exact area broke on mine as on yours (the left part of the hinge) i was still able to draw but i had to hold or prop the upper screen so it wouldnt possibly f**k up or something.
when my old ds broke i went on a hiatus of sorts & avoided drawing very much, BUT i was still able to draw if i wanted to. (i only avoided doing it much out of fear id break the ds more and because holding the upper screen was annoying)
this sucks tho. ugghhhh broken dses...

also-- that's okay about the AT half.
just post it on your dA whenever you finish it, and eventually... idk when but /eventually/ (*insert spongebob styled "IOO years later" screen*) ill get to see it. :p

I could do that.. There would be consequences, but that'll just make for more story stuff to work with... Mmmmmmmmmmmmmhhhhh… I think I wanna do it.. Scroll deserves something happy.
