Oh man, what a gruesome scene here! :o I think the storytelling is pretty strong here, that bloody handprint on the wall implies so much! Maybe it's a bit over the top, but sometimes that's OK. Admittedly I don't know the original material this is based on, though, so I don't know if I'm missing anything specific.

Technically speaking, I think you're pretty good about keeping to your sketch when you color, but because of it, you have to make sure the sketch is strong. In this case watch the proportions of the hand: both the girl's hand and the bloody print are too large. Also from the angle we're viewing the scene at, the fingers would be bigger compared to the palm than you have here.

Also, good color harmony. All the colors work well together and read as what they're supposed to be instead of just choosing the "right" color and having it all clash. That said, you can still work to contrast the girl more with the background. They're kind of blending into each other a bit because they're not only the same hue but nearly the same value as well. Try making one or three other darker or lighter, it'll make the image easier to read!
