Back story: Most people call him Ricky. Ricky never knew his blood parents. He was found in the Kanto regoin as a baby by Julia the Kangaskhan. He grew up with her untill he was 6. Do to Team Rocket him and his mother was seaprated. He was sent to a pokemon shelter where later Joy finds him and becomes her first pokemon.

Ricky then meets Axel and Fiona they grew up together well only half way untill Joy and Ricky moved to the Furrom regoin when Ricky eveolved into Lucario. But Axel and Fiona moved to the Furrom regoin as well later on and they reunite. Ricky has always been more powerfull then normal Lucarios no one knows why tho. He also hopes to find Julia one day.
Personality: It may not look like it but Ricky can be pretty goofy and odd sometimes. He also can be a bit shy mostly around Fiona. But dispite his goofy side he can also be very focused and likes to help his friends. He's an easy guy to get along with. He also goes nuts for chocolate and would to anything just to get one bite.
Fun facts: His mega stone holder was given to him as a gift by the Grand Master of the Furrom regoin.

By the way I think I spelt it wrong but the Furrom regoin is from Pokken Tounement. As the main place.
