this is a spirit who, after dying one way or another, decided to dedicate whatever life they have ahead of them to helping people out. their main occupation is shoveling snow off of the roads, and they do a pretty darn good job at it. they never really show themselves or interact with the world around them very much, and are very easy to miss otherwise. they also seem to never enjoy showing their face, for it's rather an ugly face.
