He's very pretty but, if I can be honest, I'm really not that fond of it... I'd happily make you a 2nd design if you'd like to try it again? I'm very sorry for this and I don't know any better ways of saying it, I'd just rather have something else, it's not at all what I was hoping for.

If it's an inconvenience to you then don't worry about it, I just thought it'd be better to tell you instead of ignore it.

I guess the best I can do is just say what's 'wrong' with this one...

For one thing I assumed gold dreamers would be, well, gold.
That's because every one I could find was so I'm sorry if that was my own mistake.

The shade of blue also seems off, it's more grey than anything, I should've probably been more specific.

I looked at more dreamers so I could point to things instead of rambling, one called Purity seems to have the kind of blue I meant.

Something looks off about the wings with this color aswell, but the fairfin is perfect.

I like a lot of things on it such as the wingshape, but I noticed some of them don't have manes, is it possible to shorten or remove it?

I think making it the color you mentioned would fix a lot of it.

And as for the mane that's slightly disappointing.. I thought I read everything and it wasn't there, did I miss a page?

I thought the blue was really pretty too, it'd look great with that.~

So to fix my own explanation of it:
The gold design, white body, blue for the other parts, and keep the green for lantern, eyes and pearls.

If it really needs to have the mane maybe a color that makes it blend in, so that it's almost not there?
