this looks a little better, but i still offer the same tips as your previous post, plus one more
you used an extremely bright red, and while it may not necessarily look bad, when you post a drawing with said red, there's an almost 1OO percent chance the red will pixelate, meaning it becomes fuzzy beside other colors
try using a more desaturated red next time
the same can be said for other really bright colors, too
