Another woman I traced (from some site... ahem) She was so pretty, I had to try it. I think I kinda got her and the background right: Which I LOVE! It was a christmas thing which was so beautiful too! I even added extras! Hope this looks decent to others...
And yes, for those who are disturbed at this: I'll try to stop taking pictures of and tracing pretty women online...

And with regards to your painting, I think it is fine to trace artwork as long as you give proper credit. That's how I got started, and I definitely learned a lot from it! You eventually should transition from tracing to referencing, and then to refining your own artwork!
