! Make her sweater pink and her parka(?) violet! The gem/button could be red, as well as the ribbon on her waist/back. It's gem could be a deeper shade of Blue! ...But that's just what I like: I'm not sure if it'll look as good as I'm making it look in my head... Cute OC!

This is a very nice ref, and a very well designed character! I love the blue you used! Maybe for therest you could jeep it white xD Or maybe use some purples?
