I don't think this is overly suggestive or nsfw, it probably doesn't need the mature tag. There have been far more suggestive/violent paintings that went without the mature tag for some reason, i'm thankful that you had the decency to consider putting it in at all, even if I don't think this counts.
Also, what does "MiiWear" refer to?
