...ive been getting so, so much anxiety from thinking about nuclear bombs dropping...
or the moon crashing into earth... ":-("
just by thinking of the end of the world, i get so paranoid and panicky, i just keep telling myself "i cant die yet, not yet"
i get so cautious when planes fly by
ive had dreams about me meeting my end!
i dont want to think about it but somehow the thought always comes back: "Is it the end of the world? whats gonna happen? whats that noise outside, bombs?"

Okay, when I was younger (about 8-12) I had the same fears. I went to my counselor and she gave me a worry stone (it was just a marble but it convinced me everything was okay). I’m not going to tell you to get a marble lol, but as I got older I sorta grew out of the fear and realized it’s okay. I’m still scared of it, but just know everything is okay and if you ever need to talk about it I’m here for you, I understand completely your fear because I had those kind of fears too. I can remember having a panic attack in my room and crying because I was scared so badly of it, but the world’s not gonna end for a long long long time! I hope I was helpful

fun fact about the moon it would have to move wayyy closer to the earth for the earth's gravity to do anything to it! the roche limit for our moon (the max space for it to not break apart) is much closer to the earth than the moon itself is.
also i know it's really tense with all the political situations but with the cold war there was the agreement of "i won't nuke you if you don't nuke me" SO if a country really wanted to do something they'd literally just be trying to end themselves
i know this wasn't very helpful but hey! sleep deprived facts

spaceywulf's got some pretty good points. It certainly seems scary, I understand, but it is really unlikely. God is still in control of the world and He won't let anything happen to you. The best solution to fear is trust. :)
