This is Kiusa! He's an otherface who doesn't get along with Kova (his otherface), because Kova is a huge nuisance and likes to embarrass Kiusa. Most of the time Kova is his torso because that's where he can be the loudest.

Coen actually likes Kova but not Kiusa so much.

It's nice to see a goofy otherface, most of them so far have been either spooky or a part in your story-
