My new Sonic OC from an egg adopt!

Rayne is an alien of unknown origin that crashlanded on Mobius some time ago. Very few mobians interact with him, mostly due to his odd rings and the fact he constantly flicks his toungue, like a snake.

In truth, Rayne's actually very curious and longing for friend in this new world. His toungue is z sensory organ, and his rings contain his species' unique Dusk Energy and keep it from ripping him apart internally.
