fourteen: ship smth healthy that you like (something i do sometimes)
fifteen: make a poem
sixteen: control your breathing
seventeen: express yourself through art (draw something happy!)
eighteen: play video games

twenty: bike, skateboard, or whatever else
there's many more than what I've listed. Find something that makes you happy and do it. We all get down sometimes, so it never hurts to have a healthy outlet or way to calm down!

If any of you want to, I'd suggest making something positive too. Even if its just a drawing with barely anything written. Positivity goes a long way!

this is useful since i just found out my cat has feline aids and i have to put him down friday and i am in full mental breakdown mood oof thx :/
