Flandre from the Tohou Project. It's been a while since I made a painting, so I'm back with different things. Flandre is really cute when she isn't disemboweling you with bullets. Look up "U.N. Owen was her?" on YouTube. It's her theme song. Based off of a reference picture. Like it? You better, this took me 2 days.
