I'm grateful to this site, for allowing me to grow as an artist. To find my love for digital art, roleplays and making so many wonderful friends.
But it's limiting, so limiting
I want a tablet, to start my comics, to improve further and much more.
I see so many artists do art for big companies and gain loads of popularity.
I feel like a nobody. I am a nobody and I hate that. I want to get my name out there! My stories out there!
I just want to be somebody, do something with my life...
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

I know exactly how you feel, Blood, I've had the same struggle with Colors as well. Just hang in there Blood, someday you'll have a tablet, and you'll become one of the greatest digital artists ever! :3
Also, this painting looks stunning so far!! I love what you're doing with the scales especially!

You're so much more then a nobody! I know this community is small-very small- but just know you're welcome here whether you choose to leave colors or not and I'll support you either way. I tried going onto other sites and stuff but I failed miserably- I recommend starting off with uploading your art on colors onto another site until you've gained enough popularity to move onto tablet art and feel comfortable. Like, the reason I came back to colors was because it was lonely not getting feedback- if you start by uploading your colors art onto a different site, then you're still getting criticism while also growing popularity on that site, until finally you'll be popular enough to move to that site entirley. Just a thought. Hope this helps

You're already so talented, if you look at all you've done it's outstanding what you've accomplished on a simple 3DS so far. Every artist yearns for the chance at recognition and validation for their work.
You're far from nobody, you're talented, amazing and can do so much, so hang in there. I know the feeling and it will feel liberating when you get the chance to finally grow with other outlets. You'll reach your goals, be it getting a tablet or anything really, and once you do you'll be amazing! <3

I know exactly how you feel. But don't worry! You'll get hired on at some HUGE company and become super famous!!
This looks beautiful so far!

I think all artists wrestle with that. Not just in Colors, it is challenging to get digital art noticed. Of the times I have been hired to do art, it was all through recognition of my sketchbook art. And rather interestingly, they were for child things - face painting, designing a kid's menu for a snowball shop, a cover for a youth's book - when I have wanted to be a pro with super realistic and scary dragons.
Honestly, you won't start where you want to be. But you can build up. I'm putting those things on my resume in hopes that somebody will take interest, see my digital art, and hire me for bigger things.
You be patient, too. Look for opportunity and seize it, and keep practicing and improving.
Also, this is epic?? I love how fierce this looks!

Re: You're welcome! Encouragement is good, but sometimes we gotta be plain realistic. xD And don't worry too much about the post - it helps to get things like that out there so you can hear other's responses and advice. Keep working for the goal!
