RE: its mainly because of the high range of tracer. many species whose gut a lot of attention got copied because someone posted their character somewhere else on another social media.
see CCCats and DDDogs.
cccats are way more famous that the PHDS but they´Rotes Energon a closed species, got copied by someone on Instagram (was formerLY here on colors too) and they created the DDDOGS a nearly fully copy of them and put them as an open species.
there was a huge drama on Instagram and Deviantart about that and i don't want to happen this to me too. Thats why i ask if people who own a closed species of me have Instagram or deviantart so i can talk to the owners better if they really want to use them on another page or something.
also mainly because i`m updating the dogs and only will upload the information there.
