This is Havey. He owns Havey's Oasis, a little business where he takes people on his boat to tour the local islands in the area.
He looks like a Jaggi from Monster Hunter because that's where he design came from. (I won't deny it.)
This is the first time I've actually colored him.

Nice design!
My first thought when I saw this was "this looks like a creature from monster hunter games. Like one of those raptor-looking monsters.
Looks adorable as well.
