1. Dear anime translators... Do your job.

Yes. I'm starting off with anime. There are many untranslatable words in Japanese. However, a translator for an anime can't just brush the word off and keep that as Japanese, because their job is to find ways to translate, even if it means one word turning into five. Not to mention, a large amount of the community won't know what the word is. AND THEN... There's words like yandere and tsundere. I swear to Japan... If you leave the words as is one more time, I am going to scream. I noticed that many anime translators will find their way around 'untranslatable' words, except for words like yandere and tsundere. Gosh, I have to be really passionate with languages for this to offend me so much... When they translate sentences like "I understand that, but she's a tsundere" or something, it really frustrates me. Dude. Try hard-to-get or something- When they do that, it feels as if they're being lazy and acting as if- oh I reached the text limit---

When they do that, it feels as if they're being lazy and like... Oh HEY... So most anime fans and even non-anime fans know yandere and tsundere... It may as well just be apart of the English language. Haha. C AN YOU NOT- As I said, you have to be pretty passionate with languages for this to offend you so badly. It feels like an insult to the English language, and I don't even like the English language.

2. MM LOOK HERE I HAVE A KOREAN MANGA MMMMM

Please. Stop it. I see this everywhere. Just because it's an asian comic... It does not mean it's a manga. WOW. M IND BLOWING. I understand people not knowing what "comic" in Korean is... But you can just say Korean comic because that's more accurate than calling it a manga. A Japanese comic is a manga, a Korean comic is a manhwa, and a Chinese comic is a manhua. It is upsetting when people call Chinese or Korean comics "manga." I'm not sounding as aggressive, because some of you most likely do this.

Just call it manga, manhwa, or manhua. If you can't remember that, then please just say Japanese comic, Korean comic, or Chinese comic. Why is this so stressful-

Can we just take a moment to look at these English words that should be pronounced differently but... They're just r eally n o t?

The pattern here is that most of them have ough... Reading ough is sending so many readings through my mind- It seems that gh sort of works similar to a w, yet... Through and throw are completely different. I can't even look at ough without my brain freaking out- Anyway, next pattern.

In this one, you'll see that they all end in omb like oom, and bomb just uh... Bomb is like the hippie of the ombs. And here's another pattern.

4. Determination Hematolagnia Dermatophagia Paraphilia Perseverance Language Alphabet-

I have a problem with the number of letters we use to form words. This goes for most languages that use this alphabet. It's more of an opinion thing, I guess. I find alphabets like Japanese much better suited for me, because of the way the letters are. Like- Konnichiwa goes from ten letters to four, using the Japanese alphabet. Idk. It's just an opinion thing, really. I feel that it isn't really that big of a con for English and other languages similar to it, because of our large freedom of making words. It's just not really that suited for me. :p
I'm not even caring anymore if these 'RANTS' are even rants or if they're even rare, actually-

Judging by the 3rd one, you can tell that this is just a clickbait title that I got lazy on.

5. I'm dead inside

I hope I'm not interrupting (if I am, feel free to erase this!) but I believe that english words with similiar spelling but (sometimes wildly) different pronounciations are from english being a bit of a melting pot of languages in a way.
Some words have origin in [language A], some have roots in [language B], some stem from [language C] and so on.

Of course, I'm not a nerd on this (My english isn't even the best and it's my native/only tongue!) so I could be quite wrong but this is just what I think. lol
