In the Vaseterm population the females outnumber the males ( but you wouldn't guess that with how many male that I made 'xD )

Because of this females usually run the clans, but occasionally a male will.

[ The different between male and female ]

A male silverblood has physical wings as a female does not, however in some spells a female will look like they have wings of light but they can not fly with them and they disappear once the spell is done.

Male's have war paint marking on their skin, a female also has war paint marking but they only show when using strong Magic or when they are focused on making them appear, namely for communication, a female marking always glow if they use them.

The most common use for war paint is in communication with kin, both male and female can do this, and it makes their marking glow

Physically male are taller and stronger then females, but the girls are fast and more agile, because they don't have wings and not lazy when it comes to walking.

Females usually are great in using support and healing Magic but it really depends on the individual and what their magic support and what they themselves prefer to do.

A female Vaseterm can not only be graceful and elegant but they can be Fierce Warriors to.

Because the population is mostly females a lot of the warriors are females.

Females in a clan will have battle groups, they Trane together and work together.

On the Battlefield you see a female in her true form with a female in her human form riding her, the two females will work together on the Battlefield.

The female in her human form will wrap her legs around the female in her true form wings on her back, and lean to the side to pick something up or to attack.

A female in her true form will always be able to outrun a male on foot.

females are renowned for their Beauty, there soft skin and shimmering long hair.

To a female Silverblood, their hair is there pride and dignity, this is something they hold true ever since they are just little fillys, any parent to a silverblood little girl will know that if you cut their hair even to get something out like gum, you end up with a very distraught little one.
A female will view their hair like a precious treasure even into adulthood, it's why they have long hair. Some females hair can get to links where it drags on the floor, but most the time they tie their hair up or braided.
Long hair is often a sign up Beauty and male Silverbloods usually find females with long hair attractive but with outsider or half Bloods a female with short hair can be seen as exotic or unusual.

Cutting a female Vaseterm hair is a way to shame and humiliate them, in a dual if the female is a cruel rival or making a point, she will cut the hair off her opponent.
Hair will grow back but don't think the female will forget what was done.

For exiles, a special ceremony and blade is used to cut the female hair, this will prevent the hair from growing back and can only be undone if there sentence is Forgiven.

Sometime when a female Vaseterm mate has died, the female will cut her hair in her mourning her lost love.

To a Vaseterm coming across a female with short hair usually means a crime has been committed or they have failed in something greatly or they are in deep grief.

With outsider with short hair, It took a while for Vaseterm to get accustomed to the fact other species females can have short hair and they haven't committed a crime or have been defeated, or indeep grief. Though they still can't figure out why a female wouldn't want long hair.

[ A precious gift]

Because the female Vaseterm highly value their hair, a female will sometime braid a lock their hair and cut it, they will make a trinket from their lock and give it to someone very special to them, it my be a very close friend or someone they have deep feelings for. Ether way if a female Vaseterm give a lock of their hair to someone, that person pretty special.

A Male Vaseterm will do something similar with their feathers in giving them to someone special.

[ hair line horns ]

Females Vaseterm and most half Blood have smaller horns right at their hairline, they come in pears, 2,4,6 and are usually black or white in color, the hair line horns are used for a few things

These hair line horns give the female a 6th Sense, in their younger years it's not that strong, it gets stronger as the female get older but really only reaches its full potential if the female has had children.

This 6th Sense give the female the ability to sense approaching Danger or a dangerous situation, it's a gut feeling they have that makes them feel uneasy like something bad going to happen.

This gut feeling is what give the mother an Edge or at least a headstart if something hunting her and her children.

A mother will use the extra time her 6th Sense has given her to hide her child or children and then use herself as bait to lure whatever it is that hunting them away from her children.

Ones the mother feel that her children are safe she will try to give her pursuer the slip or confront them, ether way /if / the female is able to she will return to her children if it's safe to do so, but sadly enough that rarely happens, the mother is usually killed or captured, leaving children as Lost Child's.

If the mother is able to live and her children reach adulthood and are out on their own, her 6th Sense is used more on herself and those she care for around her.

Vaseterm can since things of Vaseterm Magic, but it depends on how much something is giving off the Magic presence, Vaseterm gates have a strong magic presence and if the Vaseterm or silverblood know what there looking for they can generally follow their since to the gate, a female with hairline horns or an individual ( male or female ) with tassels from their horns have a stronger since and can find these things better.

Another thing hairline horns help with, is vision, females are usually better in control of vision then male are because they have hair line horns, the little extra ones that they have on their hairline act as amplifiers and tuners for vision.

(Ai is an unique case when it comes to her hair line horns, as she was made and not naturally born, but she is ever young and her full potential is still unknown)

[Matriarchs]

A female is the only one who can reach matriarch status, it's usually a older female who vision and since are fully developed and controlled.

matriarch have gotten to the point with their version they can control and direct them, they are able to use special bonds on their horns that let them do deep vision that would normally be very dangerous to unexperienced vision Sear.

Nevaeh was able to reach matriarch status at unusual young age for a Vaseterm, but this was because she a half Blood and midnight Walker are one of the fastest to mature in visions.

[Sanctum]

matriarch also use what called a ' Sanctum' ever clan Palace has one or should, a Sanctum has to be built on a strong magic point, it's a large room that's big enough to hold a male war horses, the entire room is segmented in Magic and markings and symbols are carved Within the walls, ceiling and floor to direct this magic. The Sanctum purpose is to amplify and direct a vision on a whole new level.

Victoria is considered a matriarch and has used the silver spear Sanctum to watch and even at times interact with the king candidates, she was able to use Dreamcatcher as an anchor but her connection was lost with Catch when Cataclysm became aware.

She describes trying to speak to Catch through visions as being burned with fire.

Victoria has also been able to dream drift and share vision in the Sanctum by using a 'Dreamers cloak' a very rare item made by the Dreamers of old, it lets the individual wearing it to dream drift just like a Dreamer could back before the curse of the Nightmare.

A male Vaseterm can use a Sanctum but they have to be a very InTune Pathfinder, or one that considered 'gifted'
Some male Half-Bloods can use a Sanctum if they have strong enough vision and control.

It's never recommended for a rookie or unexperienced to use a Sanctum expecially without a matriarch supervision.
